What are the types of proximity switches? For this problem we also did a brief introduction before, but found that there are still very customers do not understand. It is just that today also use this opportunity for everyone to explain. Hopefully, it can bring good help to the relevant people.
Because the displacement sensor can be based on different principles and different methods of production, and different displacement sensors on the object of the "perception" of different ways, so common proximity switches are the following: passive proximity switches, such switches do not require power supply, the switch closure state is controlled by magnetic induction. When the magnetic or ferrous trigger is close to the magnetic field of the switch, it is controlled by the magnetic force inside the switch and closed. Features: no power supply, non-contact, maintenance-free, environmentally friendly.
Eddy current proximity switch, this switch is sometimes called an inductive proximity switch. When it approaches a proximity switch that can generate an electromagnetic field, it uses a conductive object to generate an eddy current inside the object. This eddy current reacts to the proximity switch, causing a change in the parameters of the circuitry inside the switch, which identifies whether or not a conductive object is approaching, which in turn controls the switch's on/off switch. The object that this proximity switch can detect must be a conductor. Principle: The oscillator consists of an induction coil, a capacitor and a transistor that generates an alternating magnetic field. When a metal object approaches this magnetic field, eddy currents are generated in the metal object, which causes the oscillation to stop. This change is amplified by the rear pole. After processing, it is converted into a transistor switching signal output.
Used for position detection and counting signal pickup on various mechanical equipment. Capacitive proximity switch, the measurement of this switch is usually made up of one plate of a capacitor and the other plate is the enclosure of the switch. This enclosure is usually grounded or connected to the enclosure of the device during the measurement. When an object moves across the proximity switch, whether it is a conductor or not, due to its proximity, the dielectric constant of the capacitor will always change, resulting in a change in capacitance, and a change in the state of the circuit connected to that proximity switch. The measuring head will also appear. This type of proximity switch detects object conductors, which can also be liquids or powders that can be insulated.
Hall proximity switch, Hall element is a magnetically sensitive element. Switches made from Hall elements are called Hall switches. When a magnetic object is close to the Hall switch, the Hall element on the detection surface of the switch changes the state of the internal circuit of the switch due to the Hall effect, thus recognising the presence of a magnetic object in the vicinity and thus controlling the switch on or off.
Our company's products can also meet these advantages. And in this regard do are also very in place . You don't have to worry about it. If you have time, you can come to the official website to check out, there is a way to contact, there are online staff to receive you, do not understand the problem like they ask can be.

Applications for Magnetic Door Switches: Securing Your Home
Applications for Door Magnetic Switches: Securing Your Home Home security is very important to everyone. We all want to feel safe and secure in our homes. A magnetic door switch is a very effective device that can help us achieve this. In this article, we will look at the application of door magnetic switches and how it can keep your home safe. A door magnetic switch is an on/off device that is installed on doors and windows. It consists of two parts: one mounted on the door frame and the other on the door. When the door is closed, the two parts come together and trigger the switch, sending out a signal. When the door is opened, the two parts separate and the switch breaks the signal. This signal can be connected to your home's security system, such as an alarm system or surveillance system, to sound an alarm in the event of an unauthorised entry. Door magnetic switches have a wide range of applications. It can be used in homes, commercial premises, or anywhere security is required. In homes, door magnetic switches can be used on front doors, back doors, windows, etc. to help you monitor the security of your home in real time. When someone tries to enter illegally, the door magnetic switch will immediately trigger an alarm to scare away potential intruders and notify you or security personnel. In addition to securing your home, door magnetic switches can also be used in other scenarios. For example, access to shops or offices
